Sodexo in Exclusive Discussions with Accor to Acquire Lenôtre

Sodexo (PARIS:SW) (OTCBB:SDXAY) announced today that it has entered into exclusive discussions with Accor regarding the possible acquisition of the French company, Lenôtre.

Sodexo views the acquisition as a unique opportunity to develop its portfolio of Prestige activities in France and internationally.

The transaction will be the subject of consultations with employee representatives and will be submitted for the approval of competition authorities.
