The Granola Bar Madison Ave Interior
The Granola Bar will open two new locations in Midtown Manhattan on July 9, 2026: a full-service flagship restaurant at 330 Madison Avenue and The Granola Bar Takeaway, a grab-and-go concept at 22 E. 43rd St., both near Grand Central.
The 2,500-square-foot flagship at 330 Madison Avenue will offer all-day dining with menu items including Sweet Potato Pancakes, Parmesan Crusted Avocado Grilled Cheese, The Bar Caesar, Grilled Peach and Ricotta Toast, and seasonal specials. House-made granola will be featured in various dishes, such as burrata appetizers and salads. Dinner service will include a daily Pasta of the Day and shared plates like Challah Pull-Apart Rolls, Truffled Deviled Eggs, Gochujang Shrimp, Steak Frites and Latkes, and Maybe Caviar. The cocktail menu will feature classic options with variations, including a hibiscus-jalapeño margarita, a gin martini called “Midtown,” and a tequila-or-vodka espresso martini.
The flagship will have a seating capacity of 90, private dining for 20 to 40 guests, and a bar with capacity for 18. Hours will be Monday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Happy hour will be available Tuesday through Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The Granola Bar Takeaway at 22 E. 43rd St. will be a 1,000-square-foot grab-and-go location offering a full coffee program, dirty sodas, hot grab-and-go items, sandwiches, salads, and more. The Takeaway will operate Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Both locations will carry The Granola Bar’s line of house-made consumer packaged goods, including flavored granola and bars.
The Granola Bar currently operates locations in Connecticut, Westchester, and Long Island. The Midtown Manhattan openings mark the company’s return to New York City.
