Little Greek Fresh Grill Signs Franchise Deal for Up to 30 Locations in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale

Little Greek Fresh Grill, headquartered in Tampa, has entered into a franchise agreement with a partner to develop up to 30 locations in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale areas within a 10-year period. The company currently operates 35 locations throughout Florida.
Little Greek Fresh Grill recently re-opened its location at Tropicana Field on April 6, following a complete rebuild after the venue sustained significant damage during Hurricane Milton in 2024.
The company continues to expand its presence in Tampa, providing menu items at the Benchmark International Arena and at various live-event venues, including baseball, soccer, hockey, and concert events in Tampa and across Florida.
Since launching its franchise program in 2011, Little Greek Fresh Grill has grown to 50 locations and is targeting 100 locations throughout Florida. Startup costs for a franchise typically range from $150,000 to $350,000, though investment costs may vary by location and buildout requirements.
Little Greek Fresh Grill operates in Florida, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, and Texas, with approximately 80% of its locations franchised. The company’s menu includes Mediterranean dishes prepared to order.
