Chicken Salad Chick Opens New Restaurant in Boerne, Texas
Chicken Salad Chick has opened its newest restaurant at 34702 Interstate Hwy 10 West in Boerne, featuring a drive-thru and multiple dining options. The grand opening event will take place on Wednesday, May 20, with the first 100 guests in line receiving free chicken salad for a year. The first guest at 10 a.m. will receive one free large Quick Chick of chicken salad per week for a year, while the next 99 guests will receive one free large Quick Chick per month for a year. To qualify, guests must remain in line, be 18 years or older, download the Chicken Salad Chick app, and make a qualifying purchase after the restaurant opens. Rewards will be delivered electronically to the app and are valid for 30 days upon delivery.
Additional promotions are planned throughout the grand opening week. On Thursday, May 21, the first 50 guests at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. who purchase an entree with two sides will receive a Chick Kitchen Towel. On Friday, May 22, the first 50 guests at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. who purchase an entree with two sides will receive a Chick Collapsible Pet Bowl and Pet Bandana. On Saturday, May 23, the first 50 guests at 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. who purchase an entree with two sides will receive a Chick Insulated Tote Bag. Guests must be 16 years or older to receive these giveaways, which are limited to one reward per guest and are not valid with other offers. These promotions are available in-restaurant only.
Chicken Salad Chick of Boerne is owned and operated by OberRoc LLC, consisting of business partners James Oberg, Jeff Rochelle, George Shaw, and Rosemarie Acerra. This is the group’s fifth Chicken Salad Chick location in the greater San Antonio area, with additional restaurants in New Braunfels, Stone Oak, Roadrunner, and Westover Hills. The group plans to open three more locations, including one in Kyle this summer and others in Schertz and San Antonio – Alamo Heights in the coming years.
The Boerne restaurant offers in-restaurant dining, drive-thru, take-out, third-party delivery, and catering services. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
As part of pre-opening Friends & Family events, the Boerne location will raise funds for CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital in San Antonio. The Chicken Salad Chick Foundation supports CURE Childhood Cancer and local food banks with fundraisers throughout the year.
