Cousins Maine Lobster Founders to Launch Cousins Fried Seafood Food Truck Concept
Cousins Fried Seafood will debut at 3039 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville, KY 40220, with a grand opening celebration from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on May 16. The event will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, live music, giveaways, and a meet-and-greet with co-founders Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac.
The food truck will serve New England-style fried seafood platters featuring hand-breaded and fried haddock, split Maine lobster tails, scallops, and Fisherman’s Platters that combine haddock, shrimp, lobster, and scallops. Each platter comes with fries, coleslaw, and a choice of two house-made sauces. The menu also includes The Cousins’ Famous Fried Fish Sandwich, served on a brioche bun and customizable as “Jim’s Way” or “Sabin’s Way,” along with shrimp and chicken tenders.
The concept is inspired by family gatherings and traditional New England recipes, with a focus on fried haddock dishes from the founders’ family meals. Cousins Fried Seafood aims to bring a New England seafood shack experience to Louisville.
Cousins Fried Seafood is a distinct brand from Cousins Maine Lobster. The grand opening event is open to the public, with opportunities to sample the menu and meet the founders.
