Riko’s Pizza to Open Sixth Corporate-Owned Restaurant in Ridgefield, Connecticut
Riko’s Pizza has announced plans to open a new corporate-owned restaurant in Ridgefield, Connecticut, marking its sixth corporate-owned location and 13th overall.
The new Riko’s Pizza restaurant will be located at 955 Ethan Allen Highway in Ridgefield, Connecticut, in the town’s dining and retail corridor near the New York border. The site is currently under development and is expected to open this summer.
The Ridgefield location will feature a full-service restaurant and bar, offering Riko’s menu of super-thin crust bar pies, including the Hot Oil Pie, oven-roasted wings, made-to-order salads, shareable items, and desserts. The 3,000-square-foot upstairs dining level will include 16 bar seats and a bar program with craft beers, wines, and specialty cocktails. The space will also have an open dining area, televisions for sports viewing, outdoor patio seating, a large private dining room on the lower level, and a dedicated takeout area.
Riko’s Pizza currently operates five corporate-owned and seven franchise-owned locations across Connecticut, Florida, New York, and North Carolina. The Ridgefield opening will expand the brand’s presence in western Connecticut. The restaurant is expected to open this summer.
