Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop Opens Second Arkansas Location in Springdale
Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has expanded in Arkansas with the opening of a new store in Springdale at 601 N Thompson St, Suite 100. This is the second Capriotti’s location in the state, operated by franchise owner Matthew Matt, who also manages the Bentonville store.
Matthew Matt previously owned and operated 10 family-run doughnut shops in Philadelphia before relocating to Northwest Arkansas. He plans to open six additional Capriotti’s locations across Arkansas.
The Springdale store offers Capriotti’s menu of sandwiches, including The Bobbie, Capastrami, and cheesesteaks. The Bobbie features slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayonnaise. The Capastrami includes pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and coleslaw. Cheesesteaks are available with steak, American Wagyu, chicken, or plant-based meat, along with cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions, and a choice of grilled hot or sweet peppers.
Customers at the Springdale location can order ahead, use online ordering, or access third-party delivery services. The store also provides catering options, including cold sub trays, box lunches, and a hot meatball bar.
