Katie’s Pizza & Pasta Opens Fourth Restaurant in Crestwood, Missouri

Katie’s Pizza & Pasta has opened its fourth restaurant in Crestwood, Missouri. The new location, situated on the former Crestwood Mall site, is the company’s first ground-up freestanding building and features 400 seats. The restaurant incorporates design elements inspired by mid-century modern Ridgewood homes designed by Ralph and Mary Jane Fournier, with a kitchen at its center, a dining room designed to resemble a living space, and natural materials and handcrafted details throughout. Features include custom walnut millwork by local craftsman Dave Stine, artwork by Belinda Lee, a dedicated pasta-making room, and a European-style open kitchen.

The Crestwood opening coincides with significant growth in Katie’s Pizza & Pasta’s national retail business. The company’s frozen pizza and other products are now available in stores nationwide, with plans to expand into thousands of additional retail locations in 2026. The company will showcase its products at Natural Products Expo West, scheduled for March 4–6 at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. Additional retail launches are planned for spring and summer resets in 2026 as the company continues to expand its nationwide retail partnerships.

Katie’s Pizza & Pasta reports that its retail business is contributing 8.4% of all frozen pizza category growth in the natural channel and ranks among the top ten sales drivers in MULO, accounting for 3.5% of total growth. The company’s sauces, olive oil, and balsamic line have experienced a 91% increase in sales, and its marinara sauce has received a 95% clean-label rating on the Yuka app. In the frozen entrées and pasta bakes category, the company reports an 82% increase across MULO and natural channels. The products are currently stocked in thousands of stores nationwide, with agreements in place to add thousands of additional locations in 2026.

The company states that its production process remains unchanged, with each pizza hand-stretched from 48-hour naturally leavened dough, cooked in wood-fired ovens, and prepared by chefs. Katie’s Pizza & Pasta continues to operate four restaurants and distribute its products nationally through retail channels.
