Smashburger Opens Fourth North Carolina Restaurant in Huntersville
Smashburger has opened its newest restaurant in Huntersville at Rosedale, North Carolina, marking the brand’s fourth location in the state. The 1,600 square-foot restaurant is located at 12905 Rosedale Hill Ave., near Interstate 77 at Gilead Road.
The Huntersville at Rosedale restaurant is owned and operated by BeBurgers LLC, led by Managing Owner Kevin Bailey, along with Carolyn Bailey, Cathy Edwards, and Aaron Edwards. BeBurgers LLC also operates two other Smashburger restaurants in the greater Charlotte market: one in Kingsley, Fort Mill, South Carolina, and another in Randolph, Charlotte. The group has been part of the Smashburger system for more than six years.
The opening is part of Smashburger’s ongoing expansion in priority markets, with a focus on partnerships with franchise operators and growth in communities seeking fast-casual dining options.
Recent Smashburger initiatives include an expanded everyday value tier, the introduction of the Scorchin’ lineup, and limited-time menu offerings. These changes are part of the company’s franchise and market expansion strategy.
Smashburger currently operates 190 locations across 29 U.S. states and six countries.
