Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop to Open Harrisburg Location March 3

Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will celebrate the grand opening of its newest location in Harrisburg on Tuesday, March 3. The restaurant, located at 2607 Brindle Dr, will bring the brand’s signature subs and cheesesteaks to Pennsylvania’s capital.

The Harrisburg location is owned and operated by Corey Wolff, a Pennsylvania native with more than 25 years of business experience. Wolff has lived in the Harrisburg area for nearly three decades and decided to open a Capriotti’s after connecting with the corporate team five years ago. He spent over a year searching for a site before securing the Brindle Drive location. This is Wolff’s first Capriotti’s, with plans underway to open an additional shop in the Hershey area.

The restaurant is situated in a shopping center near Interstate 81 and is surrounded by several residential communities. Capriotti’s in Harrisburg will serve lunch, dinner, and catering customers.

Menu items will include the Bobbie, featuring slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayonnaise; the Capastrami, with pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and house-made coleslaw; and cheesesteaks, available with steak, American Wagyu, chicken, or plant-based meat, along with cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions, and grilled peppers.

The Harrisburg Capriotti’s will offer order-ahead, online ordering, and third-party delivery options. Catering services will be available for events, including cold sub trays, box lunches, and a hot meatball bar.
