OpenTable Debuts OpenTable Media for Brand Advertising and Partnerships

OpenTable has introduced OpenTable Media, a new offering that allows brands to engage in paid partnerships and advertising on the OpenTable platform. This is the first time the platform is providing custom advertising and brand partnership solutions.

OpenTable Media enables brands to build customized campaigns across multiple touch points in the diner journey, from discovery to booking. The solution is designed to help brands reach new audiences, leverage strategic distribution channels, and better understand customer behavior.

Campaigns through OpenTable Media are tailored to each brand’s objectives and can be adapted to various marketing goals, including raising brand awareness and supporting product launches. The platform uses first-party data and organic audiences from the reservations system to power targeting and retargeting across different channels.

For diners, these campaigns are integrated into a personalized experience, providing information about relevant events and experiences that match their interests. Several experiential activations during the pilot phase sold out within minutes.

OpenTable Media offers advertising solutions, including on-site ads, email marketing, and custom-branded partnerships featuring pop-ups and immersive, bookable experiences. Pilot partners have included Diageo, Ghirardelli, and Cobra Beer.
