Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop to Open Second Oahu Location in Kapolei
Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop will open its newest location in Kapolei on Tuesday, February 10, at 890 Kamokila Blvd, Unit 102. This marks the brand’s second site on Oahu. The Kapolei location is owned by Soojung Heu, who also operates the Capriotti’s shop in Honolulu.
Soojung Heu has over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry and previously managed fine dining restaurants. She opened her first Capriotti’s location in Honolulu two and a half years ago and is now expanding to Kapolei.
The Kapolei Capriotti’s will offer a menu that includes subs and cheesesteaks. Menu items include The Bobbie, which features slow-roasted, hand-pulled turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and mayo; the Capastrami, made with pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and coleslaw; and cheesesteaks with options such as steak, American Wagyu, chicken, or plant-based meat, along with cheese, mushrooms, grilled onions, and grilled peppers.
The store will provide order-ahead, online ordering, and third-party delivery services. Catering options will include cold sub trays, box lunches, and a hot meatball bar.
