Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers Appoints Todd Paladini As First Chief Information Officer

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has named Todd Paladini as its first Chief Information Officer (CIO), establishing the executive position within the company. Paladini will lead the brand’s enterprise technology strategy and collaborate across the business to drive scalable growth and enhance the experiences of guests and franchisees.

As CIO, Paladini will oversee enterprise IT strategy, optimize systems and processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the organization. He will coordinate with the executive team, franchisees, and private equity sponsors to ensure technology investments support operational efficiency and business scalability as the company expands across North America.

Paladini brings more than 20 years of international IT leadership experience, including roles at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill and Cinemark. He has also worked in Central and South America, gaining experience in operational excellence, change management, and innovation for multi-unit, guest-focused brands.

The creation of the CIO role is part of Freddy’s technology-focused strategy to support franchisees, strengthen operations, and improve guest experiences. Paladini will be responsible for ensuring teams have the tools, insights, and systems needed to operate efficiently while maintaining the brand’s signature hospitality.
