Five Guys Opens Flagship Restaurant With Full Bar on Las Vegas Strip
Five Guys has opened a new 10,000-square-foot flagship restaurant at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip. The location introduces several firsts for the brand, including a full walk-up bar serving beer, wine, frozen cocktails, and specialty alcoholic milkshakes. The restaurant also offers all-day breakfast sandwiches, which are not available at other Five Guys locations.
The new restaurant is open daily from 8 a.m. to 4 a.m. and is designed to accommodate the high volume of visitors to the Las Vegas Strip. The location features custom murals and neon signage inspired by Las Vegas iconography, as well as a glass-walled potato-preparation room that allows guests to watch the hand-cut fry process.
In addition to the new beverage and breakfast offerings, the restaurant continues to serve Five Guys’ standard menu of burgers, fries, and milkshakes. The dedicated milkshake station serves both classic and specialty shakes, including alcoholic options unique to this location.
The Las Vegas flagship is the first Five Guys restaurant in the United States to include a full bar and all-day breakfast. The company states that these additions are intended to meet the needs of Strip visitors, who may be seeking a wider range of food and beverage options at various hours.
A public opening event is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, with limited-time menu offerings and other activities. The restaurant is located at 3377 South Las Vegas Boulevard inside the Grand Canal Shoppes.
Five Guys operates more than 1,900 locations in 29 countries. The Las Vegas flagship is the latest in a series of new developments for the company as it marks its 40th year in business. No additional details were provided regarding future expansion or additional flagship locations.
