Leadership Shift at P.F. Chang’s: Brad Hill Appointed As CEO and Corey Robertson As COO

P.F. Chang’s has announced key changes to its leadership. Brad Hill, the former Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer. Hill succeeds Eduardo Luz, who will continue to serve the company as an advisor until April.

Hill brings significant operational knowledge, a deep understanding of P.F. Chang’s unique culture and a commitment to guest experience to the table. During his time at the company, Hill has played a crucial role in bolstering the brand’s position in the ever-changing dining landscape.

In related news, Corey Robertson, an 18-year veteran of the brand and current Regional Vice President for the Eastern U.S., has been named Chief Operating Officer. Robertson will report directly to Hill.

“I look forward to leading this great company and all its dedicated people to new heights as we move forward,” Hill said of his appointment.

John Paulson, President of Paulson & Company, a key investor in P.F. Chang’s, thanked Luz for his hard work and expressed excitement about working with Hill and the P.F. Chang’s team.

P.F. Chang’s is an internationally recognized Asian culinary brand with more than 300 restaurants in 22 countries and various U.S. airport locations.
