Ross has joined ServingIntel as a Business Development Manager in our Kansas City region and comes to us with over 16 years of sales and consulting experience. His most recent role was Owner/Operator of The Ross Plumberg Agency in Basehor, KS. where he was successful in constructing a motivated team by establishing effective procedures resulting in client retention and increased revenue. Mr. Plumberg accomplished this by utilizing his strong selling skills, leadership experience in business development, and by in-depth market research. Prior to this, Ross worked as the Regional Sales Director for The Newport Group in Overland Park, KS. In this role, he was responsible for driving new sales and strengthening key client relationships in eight states
Mr. Plumberg attended The University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, MO. where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
