ServingIntel, Inc. is pleased to announce our newest Relationship Manager team member, Tom Wallace

Mr. Wallace joins us with over 18 years of hospitality industry experience. Most recently, he was the General Manager for Tony Romo’s Miami and Orlando markets. In this role, he was responsible for staff training, coaching, creating profit and loss projections as well as implementing strategies for increasing staff retention. Tom was also responsible for the daily restaurant operations which saw over $4M in annual sales.  Prior to this, Tom was their Operations Analyst. This position required him to program the company’s pos system and to work closely with the systems’ providers, which has in turn given him the technical knowledge he has today for POS systems.

Mr. Wallace has been credited for repairing the damage done by external hackers in the Tony Roma company and getting the company’s entire restaurant chain back up and running after the system went down because of the hacking.  He was also awarded Tony Roma’s “General Manager of the year” award for two consecutive years. Tom attended the Miami-Dade Community College where he studied Business.  “From day one the team has made me feel welcomed and they have offered help” exclaims Mr. Wallace “The whole team is focused on growing the company and providing great support to the customers, and I am happy to be a part of that”.
