Steakology, the latest LA culinary concept from the Adir Brothers, officially opens its doors to the public next week in Westfield Village
Following the overwhelming success of the Adir Brothers’ sandwich sensation, The Carving Board, their latest venture, Steakology, turns the traditional steakhouse on its head.
Steakology is a simple and straightforward new chophouse concept that will excite and entice LA steak lovers this holiday season.
Co-founder David Adir, commented: “We have always loved great steak, but felt that the pretence and theatrics of the traditional chophouse wasn’t practical or approachable. Inspired by a new breed of Japanese steakhouses we think that LA steak lovers are going to love this fast-casual approach to steak.”
Steakology is centered around 100% customization, offering diners prime steak by the ounce so you can have as much or as little as your appetite can take. Each premium cut is individually selected, weighed and hand carved in front of you, right there and then. By rethinking steak, Steakology offers a whole new formula for dining, putting the customer in full control.
As with any Adir Brothers eatery, the quality of ingredients is uncompromised; all cuts are USDA prime, the finest 2% on the market.
Co-founder Yoav Adir, commented, “We believe that good steak isn’t rocket science, and it shouldn’t cost the price of a spaceship either.”
